Snuggling...

Sophie seems to like the new sling I bought. I just stick her in it and she is out for the count.

talk about a growth spurt...

Tim and I took Sophie to the Doctor today for her 1 month check up. She was 18.5 inches at birth and she is 21.5 inches today (50th percentile). At her 1 week check up she weighed 7 lb 1 oz and today she is 10 lbs (50th percentile). Her head circumference is 14.5 (25th percentile).

Tim won the club championship at New Albany Links this past weekend. Though he was sleep deprived, he managed to have two really good rounds and he brought the trophy home to Sophie!

Just as Sophie was getting cozy in her new swing (thanks Kim!), Grandpa Bob decided to introduce her to her first "quack attack" gear. Sophie, being born in Buckeye Country was a little unsure at first but it looks like she will be rooting on the Pac-10 after all. Go Ducks!

Oh yeah, one more thing. Maybe Grandpa will remember you are a girl the next time he shops for you... he bought you a jersey for a little boy.

sleep, sleep, sleep...

Oh how Sophie loves her sleep. She slept through her first doctor appointment (including the car ride to and from the office). She also slept through her first golf lesson from Dad.
